1. The service

undara.ai ("undara"), operated by Garritz Online Media International GmbH, Wiesbaden, Germany, offers AI skills that you install in the AI assistant on your own computer, guided missions, and generation of media outputs (such as images, voice and video) paid with undara credits. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Skills and what you own

• When you get a skill, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to install and use it on your devices, for as long as you like.
• You may not resell, redistribute or publish the skill or its contents.
• Everything you create with a skill — your files, decks, scripts, videos and apps — belongs to you, subject to the rights of third parties in any material you bring.
• Skills check in with undara to stay up to date and to generate outputs; some features need an active account and credits.

4. Credits

• Credits are prepaid and used for outputs generated through undara. The cost of each step is shown before it runs.
• If undara cannot deliver an output that meets the step's specification, you are not charged for it.
• Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. Refunds of unused credits follow applicable consumer law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use undara to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy and publicity rights;
• imitate real people's voices or likeness without their written consent, or impersonate others;
• create sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence, hate or self-harm;
• attempt to extract, resell or bypass undara's services, limits or safety checks.

undara reviews requests and outputs to enforce these rules and the policies of our AI providers, and may refuse a request or suspend an account that breaks them.

6. AI outputs

AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate or similar to outputs created for others. Review them before relying on or publishing them.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Changes and termination

You can close your account at any time. We may update these terms; for material changes we will notify you in advance by email.

9. Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
